What does pricing look like?
TeeOps pricing is built around your course. We don't publish a one-size-fits-all number because course size and volume vary. Request a demo and we'll walk through what makes sense for your operation.
Are there payment processing fees?
Standard card processing fees apply to card transactions. Those are the payment processor's fees, not ours. TeeOps can be configured to pass an optional processing fee to the payer at checkout where permitted.
What does setup involve?
We handle the initial configuration with you: your tee times, rates, membership categories and pro shop inventory. You review and approve everything before going live.
We still use a paper tee sheet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. TeeOps runs in a web browser on the computers or tablets you already have, and we'll help you get your tee times and rates set up.
Do golfers need to create an account to book?
No. Guests book without creating an account. Members use a secure member sign-in to get their rate and benefits automatically.
Does TeeOps work for private clubs?
Yes. Online booking can be set to members-only, with reservations settled at the golf shop, while staff use the same tee sheet, pro shop and reporting. More on private clubs.
What if I run more than one course?
TeeOps supports multiple courses under a single login, each with its own settings, tee sheet and reporting.
What hardware do I need?
TeeOps runs in any modern browser, so there is nothing to install. For in-person card payments, TeeOps pairs with supported card readers, and it can print to a receipt printer at the counter. We'll advise on compatible hardware when we talk.
